LAILA KRISTJANSSON

Laila has 25 years of experience as a business lawyer and serves as the head of Magnus Legal's Trondheim office. She possesses broad expertise and extensive experience in corporate law, tort law, employment law, construction law, property law, contract law, and debt recovery.

Over the past decade, Laila has specialized in transactions and reorganizations, working closely with clients' accountants and auditors. After completing the "Transactions and Reorganizations" program at BI with top grades in 2013, she has managed nearly 200 mergers and demergers. This includes necessary pre-process adjustments, preparation of opening balances, relevant documentation, and close client follow-up throughout the process to ensure seamless execution.

Laila also has substantial experience with board governance, both through her own board positions and as an advisor to Norwegian boards and management teams in their day-to-day business operations. She frequently litigates in court and regularly conducts courses for accountants, auditors, and construction companies
